Stephen J. Piercey, Principal/Owner

Steve Piercey has a BSc(Hons) and MSc from Memorial University of Newfoundland and a PhD from the University of British Columbia. From 2001-2008 he was Assistant and Associate Professor (2004-2008) in the Mineral Exploration Research Centre (MERC) and Department of Earth Sciences at Laurentian University. Since 2007 he has been the principal of SJP GeoConsulting. He is also a University Research Professor in the Department of Earth Sciences at Memorial University of Newfoundland (2009-present), and an Adjunct Professor at the Mineral Exploration Research Centre (MERC) and Harquail School of Earth Sciences, Laurentian University (2008-present). He is a registered Professional Geologist (P.Geo.) in Newfoundland and Labrador, Ontario, and Saskatchewan.
